Life with ADHD can be difficult.
It comes with tremendous strengths and tremendous challenges.
Coaching offers support to guide you towards a better life with someone who understands. I partner with you to develop techniques and skills to help you identify and build the life you want, honing in on your strengths, whilst appreciating the challenges of our ADHD.
ADHD coaching is a process and an ongoing relationship between coach and client. It is transformative and client-led, by focusing on you as a person, taking your ADHD and neurodiversity into account.
