Book Introductory ADHD Coaching Session

You will get a feel for what coaching is like and the opportunity to ask questions.
There is never any pressure to sign up for ongoing coaching, and I can refer you to another coach if you'd prefer not to work with me.
I am based in Cork, Ireland and I currently only conduct my sessions online - I don’t do in-person coaching, but this is something I would love to do in the future!
